Hotel-Friendly Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Timeline & Charges
- 14+ days before check-in: Full refund minus a 500 processing fee.
- 7-13 days before check-in: 50% of the total booking amount will be charged.
- Less than 7 days before check-in: 100% of the booking amount will be charged.
No-shows will be charged the full booking amount.
- Early departures are non-refundable.
- No-Shows will be charged the full booking amount.
Date Changes
- Date changes are subject to availability and must be requested at least 10 days prior to arrival. A 1,000 rescheduling fee applies.
Advance Payment
- All bookings require a 50% advance payment to confirm.
- Balance payment is due at Check-in.
Exceptional Circumstances
- In case of any Natural disasters or Govt. imposed travel bans , we offer credit vouchers valid for 6 months.
