Forest Hill Cottage – Terms and Conditions

1. Use of Facilities

• Wi-Fi is complimentary for all guests.

• Use of kitchen, garden, or other amenities must be respectful and safe.

• Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

2. Photography & Media

• Commercial photography or filming requires prior written consent.

• Guests may take personal photos but must respect the privacy of others.

3. Guest Responsibilities

• Guests must present a valid government-issued ID at check-in.

• Visitors are not allowed in guest rooms after 10:00 PM.

• Smoking is prohibited in non-smoking rooms and common areas.

• Any damage to property will be charged to the guest’s account.

4. Liability & Safety

• The hotel is not responsible for loss or theft of personal belongings.

• Guests are advised to use the in-room safe for valuables.

• Forest Hill Cottage reserves the right to refuse service to anyone violating hotel policies.

5. Group Bookings (5 Rooms or More)

• Cancellations must be made at least 25 days in advance.

• Late cancellations may be charged up to 100% of the booking amount.

• No-shows will be charged as per the cancellation policy.

6. Payment Terms

• A pre-authorization may be taken on the guest’s credit card at check-in.

• Full payment is required at check-out unless prepaid.

• Accepted payment methods: Cash, Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, and Net Banking.

7. Legal & Jurisdiction

• All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Srinagar courts.

• These terms are governed by the laws of India.
