Refund & Cancellation Policy

For individual bookings, cancellations made within 7 days of the check-in date will incur a 50% cancellation charge.
No refund will be issued for cancellations made within 48 hours of the check-in date.
For group bookings (5 rooms or more), cancellations must be made at least 25 days in advance, or up to 100% of the booking amount may be charged.
No-shows will be charged as per the cancellation policy.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 business days through the original mode of payment.
